An idea:

It has been a long time since I last posted. It actually has been a long time since I last wrote a story, and although I really want to write, I am being a very lazy person. I decided that I should post at least once a month on my blog for at least 5 months straight starting from now. I will wreck my brains for something to write which is not necessarily a story, and for starters, this is an idea that I came up with that I found to be interesting, but I am not sure if I will ever write it.

Once upon a time, there was a young dreamer caged by the principles of her land. In order to escape the sour reality that she lived in, she resorted to daydreaming. However, that did not turn well as people around her treated her differently. They treated her as though she was an alien. The place that she lived in had no time for dreams, so she decided to hide behind a veil of pretence in order for them to treat her as a ‘normal’ person. She started working in order to afford the expenses of travelling to the ‘Land of Dreams’ that she read about in books. After many struggles, she finally made it to where she always dreamt to be only to find that it was not exactly like she thought it would be. Instead of it being a land where people’s talents and dreams were appreciated, it was a nightmare. People were strapped in chairs while machines sucked away their imagination, dreams, and talents and then discarded them to an institution named the ‘Forgotten’. Upon the sight of such inhumane acts, she runs off before they catch her and creates a group of dreamers in order to free the prisoners of Land of Dreams and return the Forgotten their dreams. Will she succeed in realizing her goal, or will she be caught and strapped out of her dreams?
