Best Friends Forever
This is my third post in 2018 and my first in the second month. Three more months and I will have established my goal of publishing 5 months straight
I wrote this paragraph in my Written Expression exam. I kept it exactly as I wrote it in the exam (with all the mistakes) because I wanted you to see how it turned out in the very little time that I had to write it. I'd like to edit it and add some details that during the exam, I thought were too much for a short paragraph, but instead of doing it in this paragraph, I may write something lengthier and more detailed about the same topic.

My friend and I became friends after I moved to a new primary school at the age of 7. At first we did not like each other, but soon we became best friends forever. With every passing year, our friendship grew deeper to the point that I told her what I considered a giant secret as an adolescent, trusting her not to tell a soul. However, I found out that she had told her mother and I couldn't trust her with my secrets, so I became careful around her. I started noticing flaws in her that I couldn't see before until I could no longer see the good in her. Things grew worse and we had a fight that marked the end of our friendship, and although we made up, it never felt the same after. Our friendship was broken and it could never be mended. Now that she is married and we hardly ever meet, spending time with her is the most awkward time for me. Losing a friend whom I was very close to made me afraid to dive into another friendship because it saddens me to lose a friend that I once called my best friend forever.
